Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial Traditional Arts Theatre has proactively carried out propaganda work on digital transformation through social media platforms. In particular, information is updated on the unit's Fanpage before, during, and after each art performance. Some large-scale programs or street art performances, and performances serving people in remote areas, have been livestreamed on the Fanpage to reach a wider audience and encourage interaction.
Over the past period, the Provincial Library has focused on developing new features for its internal software applications. In addition, it has implemented workflow automation solutions through digital platforms. Furthermore, the unit has also applied software and design tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, AI Studio, and ProShow Producer to create video clips introducing books, especially those with content about Cham culture.
The provincial museum is also promoting the digitization of artifacts, building databases and QR code systems to serve the management, research, and promotion of artifacts, documents, and images. In addition, the unit is actively implementing tasks related to digitizing and building a database of artifacts. To date, the provincial museum has developed software for managing the artifact database with features for updating identification codes and managing digital data of artifacts.

| The provincial Cultural Center organizes classes to teach the art of Bài Chòi singing, both in-person and online. |
The Provincial Cultural Center is applying artificial intelligence (AI) in designing posters and visual information boards for cultural programs or public art events taking place in the province. Recently, the center opened a class to teach the art of Bài Chòi singing to nearly 100 young people from communes, wards, and schools in the province. The class was held in person at 5 2nd April Street, Nha Trang Ward, combined with online learning. In addition, the center launched the application "Khánh Hòa Bài Chòi Singing Handbook" to help young people easily learn how to sing Bài Chòi correctly. The center also operates the website https://baichoikhanhhoa.org.vn, focusing on promoting Bài Chòi art and building a digital space for storing and connecting the Bài Chòi community. “Bài Chòi is not only a simple and unique form of folk performing art, but also a precious intangible cultural heritage of humanity in general and a source of pride for Khanh Hoa province in particular. Therefore, we always want to teach and spread this traditional art form to young people. And bringing Bài Chòi to the digital space is a necessary step to help people easily learn and sing Bài Chòi,” said Mr. Nguyen Khac Duy, Deputy Director of the Provincial Cultural Center.
Focus on digital transformation of culture and arts.
At the end of June, during the seminar "Preserving and Promoting the Cultural Identity of the Cham Ethnic Group in the New Era," the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism also held a launch ceremony to introduce the Digital Platform on Cham Cultural Heritage. By simply scanning the QR code or accessing the address https://vanhoacham.khanhhoa.gov.vn, people can easily experience and learn about the relics and artifacts of the Cham ethnic group in the province through a 3D tour. The tour includes Po Nagar Tower, Po Klong Garai Tower, Hoa Lai Tower, Po Rome Tower, Khanh Hoa Provincial Museum (Facility 1, 16 Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang Ward), Khanh Hoa Provincial Museum (Facility 2, 16th April Street, Phan Rang Ward), and the Cham Culture Exhibition House of Khanh Hoa Provincial Museum (62 To Hieu Street, Phan Rang Ward).
According to Ms. Thai Thi Le Hang, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in implementing the digital transformation task, cultural and artistic units under the department have adopted many approaches suitable to the actual situation and achieved positive results. However, this is only the beginning. According to the Provincial People's Committee's plan for implementing the Government's Action Program and the Provincial Party Committee's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of Vietnamese culture, one of the solutions is to promote digital transformation in culture. This includes focusing on the application of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in cultural preservation and management; concentrating on digitizing tangible and intangible cultural heritage, valuable literary and artistic works; gradually forming digital cultural institutions, open museums, digital libraries, and digital theaters; and building and effectively exploiting the province's cultural data infrastructure, digital content, and digital cultural infrastructure. Strengthening the application of artificial intelligence, big data, virtual reality, and augmented reality in the management, preservation, presentation, promotion, and development of cultural products in accordance with the province's practical conditions and the central government's orientation; implementing comprehensive standardization and digitization of tangible and intangible cultural heritage and documents in the province.
To implement the above solutions, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is organizing activities to promote and spread the image, cultural values, land, and people of Khanh Hoa; with a focus on strengthening the application of AI through creative tools, data analysis, and virtual reality technology, thereby fostering confidence in successfully bringing cultural and artistic values to the digital space.
