On the afternoon of August 14, Ha Long Ward held a conference to announce the Ha Long Ward Brand Identity Kit; launched the Ha Long Smart platform, AI Camera system, and public Wifi. This activity celebrates Quang Ninh province becoming a centrally-run city and concretizes the goal of building a smart city, promoting digital transformation in the area.
Adhering to Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, Ha Long Ward has focused on leading and directing the synchronous implementation of digital transformation tasks associated with urban infrastructure upgrades, improving the quality of governance and public services.
At the conference, Ha Long Ward officially announced and synchronously put into operation 4 digital transformation products and solutions, including: Ha Long Ward Brand Identity Kit; the Ha Long Smart platform on Zalo with many utilities to enhance connection and interaction between the government and residents; an AI Camera system on Hai Phuong street for monitoring, ensuring security, order, and traffic safety; and a free public Wifi system on Hai Long and Hai Phuong streets, meeting the digital connection needs of residents and tourists.
The operation of digital platforms in the ward not only helps improve management and administration efficiency; enhances interaction between the government and residents, but also contributes to building a civilized, modern, safe, and friendly Ha Long Ward; creating a practical mark to celebrate Quang Ninh province becoming a centrally-run city.
