From August to December 2026, Yen Tu Ward People's Committee will organize the “Yen Tu - Autumn Meditation Colors” Program 2026 with a series of cultural, artistic, tourism, meditation, and experiential activities, contributing to promoting and enhancing the value of Yen Tu World Cultural Heritage, while also creating more unique tourism products to attract tourists to Yen Tu in autumn.

Yen Tu in autumn possesses a serene beauty, suitable for developing tourism products associated with meditation and religious experiences.
The program is organized at the Yen Tu Historical Relic and Scenic Area along with several other relic sites and tourist areas in the ward. This is the second year the program has been held, building on the achievements of 2025, aiming to establish “Yen Tu - Autumn Meditation Colors” as a distinctive cultural-tourism product of Yen Tu Ward and Quang Ninh Province.
The program is expected to open in August 2026 at the Yen Tu Historical Relic and Scenic Area with a special art program along with communication and heritage promotion activities. Within the framework of the program, many prominent activities will take place, such as: The “Best Introducer of Yen Tu World Heritage” Contest 2026; exhibitions of artworks about Yen Tu; the Yen Tu Ultra Trail 2026 race with the theme “Discovering Heritage - Spreading Quintessence” from August 21-23; and a Mid-Autumn Festival program with many traditional cultural experiential activities expected to be held on August 23.

Many cultural, artistic, tourism, and experiential activities are organized in Yen Tu within the framework of the program.
In addition, the “Yen Tu Chess King” Chinese Chess Tournament 2026 is expected to take place in November; the Yen Tu Heritage Marathon 2026 with the theme “Touching the Heritage Region” will be held on November 28-29 at the Yen Tu Historical Relic and Scenic Area.

The Yen Tu Ultra Trail 2026 and Yen Tu Heritage Marathon 2026 races contribute to creating more appeal for the “Yen Tu - Autumn Meditation Colors” Program.
Participating in the program, visitors can experience meditation breathing, yoga, and alternate nostril breathing methods; experience tours such as “Sunrise on Dong Pagoda Peak”, “Journey to Discover Yen Tu World Heritage”, “Explore the Mystery of the Ancient Palace”; participate in Relaxation Meditation, the “Happiness Returns” tour, and enjoy the “Miraculous Sound of Yen Tu” art program.
In addition, there are experiential activities such as horse riding, archery, wearing ancient Vietnamese costumes, folk games; enjoying traditional art and the cultural identity of the Dao Thanh Y people at the “Lang Nuong Village Night Show” program, combined with a procession and release of flower lanterns. Visitors can also visit and experience the rural market and Yen Tu vegetarian cuisine, explore local specialty products, OCOP products, and handicrafts of the Dao people.

Visitors experience cultural activities, folk games, and discover unique aspects of traditional cultural life in Yen Tu.
Through the program, Yen Tu Ward aims to preserve, honor, and promote the outstanding universal value of Yen Tu World Cultural Heritage; spread the ideological, cultural, and humanistic values of the Truc Lam Zen sect founded by Emperor Tran Nhan Tong; and simultaneously promote the image of the land, people, and cultural identity of Yen Tu to domestic and international visitors.
